Now comes the fun part: taking it from concept to reality, putting it all together in a timely, budget-friendly way, while working with you to minimize disruption to you and your family. ABOUT US
Mike, our owner has been in the construction business for over 30 years, owning two construction companies and a consulting business, as well as having assisted other construction firms in project management. He has been active in the Remodelors Council and the National Association of Homebuilders, and is currently a member in good standing with the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE). Combined with a team of skilled and professional employees, our combined experience is double that. With many homes built and hundreds of remodels, additions, and repairs completed, he and his team have the knowledge and skill to perform almost any new construction or remodeling project. We do for you what we would do for ourselves in our own home. We all take responsibility for the mutual satisfaction generated from a job well done. That is our goal. Always has been, always will be.

Construction Services Hawaii should be your first choice to manage your Big Island project. They absolutely transformed our rustic 1930's sugar camp home into a beautifully updated Hawaiian retreat. After meeting Mike, we simply did not worry that we would be off-island during the project. He kept in touch with us regularly, sending updates and photos along the way. The project was not easy but stayed on budget, on-time, and was done with the greatest attention to detail and quality work.

We hired Mike to do a total remodel of the interior our home in Kona. He is extremely diligent, hard working and does whatever is needed to get the job done. He is thorough, organized, and very trust worthy as a contractor. He put in a lot of time researching options on sliding doors, cabinets, lighting, etc., which made the project progress smoothly. There was a lot of communication, so we felt we were kept notified as to what was going on with the remodel. The home is gorgeous and we are delighted at how it looks now. Construction Services Hawaii is a professional contracting service with a wide array of abilities. I have hired them to help with everything from interior remodeling to installation of a concrete driveway and retaining wall. They are very knowledgeable about a wide array of construction needs and they make every effort to complete the project as specified and within your budget.
